Course: Financial Literacy for Kids

Grade Level: 5 to 8

Objective: To understand common financial terms and apply the principles to everyday activities

Overview: The course will cover major topics used in daily financial transactions. The topics include money, income, charitable giving, inflation, interest rates, taxes, savings, borrowing, expenses, investments and budgeting. The application part of the course will come from homework assigned to students to further understand topics learnt in the course.
